Terms of Use

1. Agreement
By accessing www.sonadot.com or using Bhaskara at app.sonadot.com, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a school, you represent that you have authority to bind that school.
2. Accounts
- School accounts are created and managed by SonaDot after a signed engagement.
- Student and teacher accounts are provisioned by the school as Data Fiduciary.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract game content or the underlying platform.
- Do not use the service to distribute harmful, illegal or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the service's security or availability.
- Automated access (bots, scripts) is prohibited except via written API agreements.
4. Intellectual property
All content, code, game assets, curriculum mappings and analytics algorithms are the property of SonaDot Technologies Pvt Ltd (or its licensors). Schools receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for the duration of their subscription.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Pricing is per student per year with volume discounts. A limited free pilot tier is available for evaluation. Specific commercial terms are set out in the school's engagement letter or order form.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice. On termination, we will export the school's data on request and delete it from active systems within 30 days.
7. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonaDot's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by the school in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnity
You will indemnify SonaDot against third-party claims arising from misuse of the service, breach of these terms, or infringement of applicable law by users under your control.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to school administrators via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
